RESERVATION GUARANTEE

Your credit card details will be used as reservation guarantee.
Credit card (MasterCard, Diners Club and Visa) is mandatory as an arrival guarantee.
We do not accept Diners Club cards at the Valamar Obertauern Hotel.
For your reservation to be valid, please fill out the following details.
The transaction will take place in a safe manner based on the SSL standard.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (depending on the chosen Rate type):

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE:
Once booked this reservation cannot be cancelled. The full amount of the reservation will be charged within seven days of booking.
EARLY BOOKING RATE:
- Free of charge cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival until 14:00 hours (CET).
- Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
- In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
- Your credit card may be pre-authorised 42 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
- You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.

- Credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
- In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
- Your credit card may be pre-authorised 21 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
- Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night's stay for each accommodation unit. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.

BOOKING CANCELLATION - PITCHES AND CAMPING SPACES

A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
In case of cancellation of reservations, the amount transferred as a deposit will not be refunded.
In the case of a guest no-show, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.

BOOKING CANCELLATION - CAMPING HOMES AND GLAMPING TENTS

EARLY BOOKING RATE:

Free cancellation of reservations up to 21 days (14:00 CET) prior to arrival.
A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
Your credit card may be pre-authorised 42 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled
For late cancellation of reservations, your card will be charged in the amount of your first night's stay per accommodation unit.
In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.
In the case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival, the amount charged to your card will be refunded. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
Final cleaning, sojourn tax, and environmental tax are not included in the price of rental.
Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.
